As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) living with ADHD, I'm deeply committed to helping those feeling overwhelmed and struggling to live connected, honest, and intentional lives. Having been on your side of the therapy couch, I know firsthand how life-changing it can be. This personal experience fuels my passion and helps me connect with clients on a deeper level.

I believe in a collaborative approach because, let's face it, you're the expert on your own life. My role is to provide the tools, insights, and support you need to navigate challenges and achieve your goals. Whether you're grappling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, or relationship issues, we'll work together to develop strategies that actually fit your life.

Creating a safe and inclusive space is my top priority. I'm LGBTQIA+-affirming and dedicated to ensuring everyone feels welcome and understood in our sessions. My practice integrates a variety of techniques, including CBT, IFS, Brainspotting, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy. Don't worry if that sounds like jargon - we'll find what works for you and leave the big words behind.

Here's the thing: I know therapy is serious business, but it can also be, dare I say, fun? You might laugh, you might cry, you might do both. The point is, doing the hard work of personal growth doesn't mean you'll hate every minute. After all, life's too short for therapy to be a drag, right?

Sunsets!

To say I’m obsessed with sunsets would be an understatement. I love watching the sky explode with gorgeous reds, yellows, and oranges that transition to the most stunning purples, pinks, and blues. Watching a sunset both fills me with awe and makes me feel grounded, reminding me that no matter how frustrating the day, there is always beauty to be found. 

My Indoor Jungle!

I've got a full-on plant paradise growing in my home! My pothos bouquet is a mix of different types (plant nerd alert!), and don't get me started on my monstera adansonii or snow queen pothos. Each leaf brings me joy!

Roadtrips!

My favorite type of travel is roadtripping. I love blasting nostalgic music while driving and seeing the most beautiful views. Extra bonuses if we take a scenic byway or stop off at a cozy diner along the way!

Art Everywhere!

My walls are covered in different paintings and posters, including paint by numbers, which I love to do. My favorite weekend excursion is exploring art museums in different places and getting lost in the multitude of colors and textures.
