With your personalized plan in place, we'll start our regular sessions. We'll tackle your challenges together, celebrate your progress, and adjust our approach as needed. Remember, this is your journey—I'm just here to guide you.

We’ll work closely together to work on your specific challenges and goals. Meeting consistently means each week will build on the last, providing a steady rhythm that gives you time to process, reflect, and grow between meetings.

  • Our first session is all about getting to know you. We'll talk about your background, what's bringing you to therapy, and what you hope to achieve. This helps us create a therapy plan tailored just for you.

  • I've found that weekly sessions lead to the best progress, so that's what I recommend and prefer for my clients.

  • This one's tricky because everyone's different. Some folks find what they need in just a few sessions, while others benefit from longer-term therapy. We'll regularly check in on your progress and adjust our plan as needed.

  • I currently provide therapy exclusively online using HIPAA-compliant Zoom.

  • I work with a wide range of clients aged 18 and older. My clients have ranged from young adults starting at 18 to seniors up to 95 years old.

    If you're looking for a therapist who works with ages younger than 18, please reach out to me and I will personally refer you to one of my wonderful colleagues.

  • I use a blend of therapeutic modalities tailored to your needs, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting (BSP), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Attachment Theory.

  • My rate is $225 per session. I offer a sliding scale fee of $175-$200 for those in need.

  • I'm currently only in-network with Aetna and Original Medicare Part B insurance (no Medicare Advantage plans).

    For Aetna, I have partnered with Headway. To verify that you're in-network, click on my profile here.

    For all other insurances, I’ve partnered with Mentaya, a service that streamlines getting reimbursed for your therapy sessions through out-of-network benefits.

    Mentaya is perfect if you:

        • Have out-of-network benefits

        • Feel overwhelmed by superbills and insurance

        • Have submitted superbills but failed to get any reimbursement

        • Simply want to skip the hassle of paperwork!

    Here's how it works:

    2. Our practice will enter your sessions into the platform.

    3. Mentaya submits the claim and handles any insurance follow-up.

     4. You get reimbursed by insurance!


    Mentaya charges a 5% fee per claim, which includes handling any paperwork required, dealing with denials, and calling insurance companies.

    It's risk-free: They guarantee claims are successfully submitted, or a full refund of their fees.

  • Yes. At the end of each month, I provide superbill that you can submit to your insurance company.

  • Yes! I am part of Soul Wellness NYC's collective of dedicated therapists. When you work with me, you benefit from being under the Soul Wellness NYC umbrella.
